Ellerslie Community League, in Partnership with Kulshan Gill, recently presented “Stress and Mental Health in a Pandemic”; This informational seminar focused on mind/body, mental and emotional well being.
Kulshan is a Registered Herbalist & Holistic Health Practitioner in Edmonton and holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy degree from Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She shared about stress management, monitoring and caring for your mental health, seeking help/support and mindfulness from an educational perspective.

At the helm of all organizations is a leader who helps steer the ship, but also supports the team to get the work done. The President is the face of the ECL, and interacts with community members on a regular basis. If you have a passion for leadership and community, this is for you!
Join us on Sunday, July 28 from 2-5pm for our second annual All About the Pace fun run! Tickets are $25 and all proceeds from the event go towards future infrastructure projects (such as a community rink).
The Next meeting of the Community Infrastructure Committee is scheduled for May 6 at 7:30pm in Grace Point Church. This committee’s primary goal is deciding on, and planning community infrastructure such as skating rinks, community halls, etc.
